About Me...

Have you ever felt stuck? Repeating the same day over and over again, never progressing towards any particular goal. That was me, Amy Hall, searching for that "something" that would make me feel validated beyond being a wife and mother. Believe me when I say I had a full life raising 4 children with my husband and taking in an additional niece and nephew for a couple of years during their teens.  I taught piano for 25 years and loved every minute; however, I still desired more.  I realized that to change my circumstances, I needed to make changes, no matter how uncomfortable it made me.

I had earned my associate's degree 28 years ago and never planned to return to college.  I am currently taking my last college class, an internship in communications, and am projected to graduate with a bachelor's degree in communications in April 2026. I have had a plethora of jobs and experiences throughout the past 28 years of working.  I have many certificates and love learning new things. I currently work full-time as a paraprofessional at American Leadership Academy West Foothills Campus while attending BYU-Pathway to obtain my bachelor's degree in communications.

I have worked as an administrative assistant and paraprofessional, and coached cross-country for 7 years in the education field. I am a hard worker who aims for perfection in every job I take on.  I have worked as a licensed lash tech, licensed group fitness instructor, wedding planner, lifeguard, physical therapist assistant, financial coordinator, and substitute teacher, among other jobs.  I am ready to exit the education realm and begin a new career.  Communications seems to be the right fit for me, with how versatile communication job roles tend to be.

I love traveling to new places and feel it exposes me to diverse cultures, cuisines, and landscapes. I find travel provides a unique opportunity for personal growth and self-discovery.  Exploring the many creations that God has made is something that I love.  Beaches, mountains, and navigating bustling city streets, each journey offers a chance to create lasting memories.  In 2023, my husband and I had the opportunity to visit Italy, Greece, and Turkey.  The beautiful ancient ruins were amazing to explore in person.
